Return Merchandise Authorization Request

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by The Radio Place, is required for all returns, and must be obtained no later than 30 days* from the date the product was shipped to you. After 30 days, all returns must be handled by the manufacturer or warranty provider. We recommend that you read through our full Store Policies before requesting a RMA. Return authorization will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.

*Per The Radio Place return policy, you cannot return any product for credit or refund once you have clipped the UPC and/or Radio ID codes from the original product packaging.
