No Hassle Return Policy
At TheRadioPlace.com, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process. Our staff of experts can walk you step by step through this process.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.

Customer Service If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All barcodes must remain on the packaging.

All products properly returned under this simple policy are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made via an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A 15% restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization. Please see the page of the product you ordered to determine if the item is not eligible for return. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, banks and credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift card or was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. The in-store credit can be used for future purchases at TheRadioPlace.com only.

Please click here for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If an item is sent back without an assigned RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) a 25% re-stocking may apply.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 7 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

Shipping & Handling Information and Charges
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt; most will ship the same day. This does not include weekends and holidays. We ship to all APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. We do reserve the right to ship your order via FedEx Ground regardless of the selected shipping method. Delivery times are controlled by FedEx, USPS and UPS. Items ordered together may not be shipped together. If this is the case, we will notify you of any expected delays. Please allow a few extra for your full order to arrive.

The Radio Place will export packages to Canada only. All Canadian orders may be shipped using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority MailŪ International or Express International, with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the delivery address is changed once the package has left our warehouse, the customer may be charged an address change fee. This may also delay delivery times.

Order Cancellation
The Radio Place reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice to the customer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Radio Place shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Radio Place shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Radio Place will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of California.

Site Security
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a method of encryption used to protect data over the Internet. Monthly Subscription Required
An activation and monthly subscription is required for Satellite Radio reception. Satellite Radio service is not available in Alaska or Hawaii. Other products may require activation, subscription or other fees.
